My forty year old tile roof had a lot of 'character' but really, it was dirty. Seriously dirty. Paul came in, and in a day and a half made it almost as clean as the day it was installed. It rained this morning and it looks even better! Paul is great to work with, knows exactly what he's doing, and provides a great service at a great cost. I will hire him again someday.

I drove home to my 40 year home and saw that my beige /golden brick was grey , something I knew but ignored ! I called for an estimate from Mr Intensity ( saw a sign in my neighborhood ) . Paul did give us an estimate and I also asked him about cleaning our pool deck. He did and also did our bench ! Paul is the sole owner of this business he was reasonable and fair and takes great pride in his work . I can recommend him highly !
